Winter Park DH video #2- Boulevard to Bear Arms to Boot Camp

I would call this an intermediate run. Nothing at all crazy, everything is roll-able, but it can get fast if you want it to.

The DH biking season goes by SO FAST. We are already in September, and just two more weekends to go at Winter Park for downhill biking with the lift.

It has been a fun season, the guys at Winter Park have opened a half dozen new trails, with more to open next year. The technical trail level has been raised on some of the trails, but it is still an excellent spot for all around riding, beginners to experts. The Trestle Downhill race course is “Keystone” technical, the first of its kind at Winter Park.

This video goes from the top of the lift on the Boulevard trail, starting with a rock garden right under the lift, onto the new Bear Arms trail, ending at Boot Camp. Always finish at Boot Camp and skip the last piece of the Boulevard, which is just simple switchbacks of boredom. Boot Camp has some nice jump lines in it. Everything is roll-able though, no advanced skill required on Boot Camp, so give it a shot.
